At the request of certain companies that do not have in-house counsel, or that do not have sufficient in-house staff, THP attorneys have effectively served as in-house counsel.  The assignment may be long term, or it may be a temporary position for companies that are experiencing a temporary shortage in staff.  Our flexibility allows THP attorneys to work on-site, and to provide for minimum hourly commitments, alternative fee arrangements, and other parameters necessary to create a workable solution for the client.
