Rania Helton* is a paralegal specializing in the areas of
commercial real estate, finance and general corporate law.
Rania has experience in both commercial and residential real
estate matters including purchase and sale transactions, 1031
exchanges, refinances and commercial loan transactions.
Rania
graduated from Gwinnett College of Business (cum laude,
2002). Rania began her career in 2000 working as a secretary
with the Law Firm of Glenn E. Cooper. Prior to joining the
attorneys of Tatum Levine & Powell, Rania worked in
the closing department of Smith & Tripp, PC and was
a pre-closing manager at Dewrell Sacks.
Rania
and her husband have one child. In her spare time, Rania
enjoys volunteering as a preschool room mother and playing
tennis.
