Lindsay
Christopherson practices in the area of commercial real
estate. She has broad real estate experience and has represented
clients in acquisitions, dispositions and financings of
commercial real property, real estate fund formation work,
joint ventures, property development, and ground leases.
Her clients have included Carter & Associates, Novare
Group, the Value Enhancement Funds, Piedmont Hospital, Walton
Apartments, JPMorgan Chase Bank and The Blackstone Group.
Lindsay graduated from Duke University with a double major
in Public Policy Studies and Russian. She was elected President
of the Class of 1998. While at Harvard Law School, Lindsay
served as Associate Editor of the Harvard International
Law Journal and was awarded a scholarship in Foreign Language
and Area Studies from the U.S. State Department.
Prior to working at Tatum Levine & Powell, Lindsay was
an associate in the commercial real estate groups of the
Atlanta office of King & Spalding LLP (2004-2007) and
the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP
(2001-2004). She also provides legal assistance to a family-owned
development business.
Lindsay and her husband have one daughter. In her spare
time, Lindsay enjoys travel, Duke basketball and volunteer
work.
