Dick
Wilson, Jr. is an Atlanta, Georgia native
and has been practicing law in metropolitan
Atlanta since 1972. His practice is primarily
related to general civil litigation with
heavy emphasis in business and real estate
related litigation, zoning, land use and
appellate practice.
Dick
has been lead counsel in both the trial
and appellate courts on many precedent setting
land use cases and has lectured before many
continuing legal education groups as well
as the American Land Planners Association
and the Georgia Association of Zoning Administrators.
Prior
to joining Tatum Hillman Hickerson &
Powell, LLP, Dick was an owner Wilson Brock
& Irby, LLC, a firm which he established
in 1995.
Dick’s
chosen field of practice is and has been
civil litigation, and he has been honored
by a peer selection to be included in the
“Best Lawyers in America” publication
(2008, 2009). Dick was also recognized as
a 2009 Georgia Super Lawyer.
