Beth Hill* is a paralegal specializing in the areas of commercial
real estate and general corporate law. Beth’s experience
includes acquisitions, financing, development and sales of
all types of commercial real estate, large tract assemblages
and 1031 exchanges, office and retail leasing from both the
landlord and tenant perspective and formation of entities,
including corporations and limited liability companies. During
her more than 18 years in the real estate environment, Beth
has worked with attorneys whose clients include real estate
developers, large retailers, end users, real estate investors
and commercial lenders.
Beth
attended Pasco-Hernando Junior College. Prior to working
with the attorneys of Tatum Levine & Powell, Beth worked
in the Commercial Real Estate Department at Morris, Manning
& Martin, LLP (Atlanta), and was the manager of a branch
office of Richards, Gilkey, Fite, Slaughter, Pratesi &
Ward, P.A. (Port Richey, Florida).
Beth
and her husband have two children. In her spare time, Beth
enjoys playing softball and tennis, cooking, gardening and
reading.
